Two days of dance, connection, and pure Latin energy in the heart of Norway. The Mambo Bachata Weekend is back — and this edition brings more flavour, more movement, and more of the community spirit that keeps Trondheim dancing.
Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned dancer, this weekend is designed for all levels. Come ready to learn, grow, and enjoy every moment on and off the dance floor.

1. Do I need experience to participate in the event?
No. The event is open to all levels, from beginners to advanced dancers. All workshops are designed so that everyone can learn, improve, and have fun.
2. Is the Social Party included in my pass?
Yes. The social party is included with the early bird pass, the full pass, and the couples full pass. If you only want to attend the party, you can pay €20 at the door.
3. How many Early Bird passes are available?
There are only 20 Early Bird passes available. Once they sell out, the price will automatically switch to the full pass at €99.
4. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. You can transfer your ticket to someone else for an administrative fee of €10. You must notify us at least 48 hours before the event.
5. Can I cancel my ticket?
Yes, cancellations are allowed up to 7 days before the event. After that period, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Same-day cancellations are not accepted.
6. What happens if I arrive late to a workshop?
You are welcome to join the class as soon as you arrive, but to keep the session flowing smoothly and out of respect for others, we recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes early.
7. Do I need a dance partner?
No. We rotate partners during the workshops to ensure a balanced experience for everyone.
8. Can I record the classes?
You may record short summaries at the end of each class, only if the instructor gives permission. Recording the full workshop is not allowed.
9. Will photos and videos be taken during the event?
Yes. Throughout the weekend we will be taking photos and recording videos for future promotional use. By purchasing your pass, you agree to appear in this material. If you would prefer not to appear, please let us know before the event begins.
10. Where will the event take place?
At Natalia Dance & Yoga, Bratsbergvegen 2, 7037 Trondheim. A warm and spacious venue, perfect for dance workshops.
11. What should I bring?
- Comfortable clothes for dancing. - Water. - An extra t-shirt if you tend to sweat a lot. - Great energy and a willingness to learn.
12. Will food or drinks be available?
Food will not be sold on the premises, but you are welcome to bring your own water bottle. There are several dining options nearby.
13. What time does the event start?
The full schedule will be announced soon, but the main workshops will take place on Saturday and Sunday during the day, and the social party will be held on Saturday night.
14. What languages will be used during the workshops?
Workshops will be taught primarily in English, with support in Norwegian or Spanish if needed.
