We strongly recommend staying at the main event hotel. Single, double, and triple rooms are available. The hotel consists of 2 buildings: one 3-star and one 4-star (with more intimate rooms). Booking link coming soon. If you prefer to stay elsewhere, participants will be required to pay €50 for Civil Liability Insurance and use of the dance floors during the event.
Refund and Transfer Policy
Please make sure you purchase the correct ticket, as tickets are non-refundable and linked to your name. If you are unable to attend at short notice due to medical reasons, please provide a medical certificate from your doctor. A name change on a FullPass will incur a €20 fee. Selling your ticket to another attendee is done entirely at your own risk and expense. Please note that the role on the ticket must remain the same (e.g., a follower ticket can only be transferred to another follower). Once you have sold your FullPass: - Both the seller and the buyer must purchase the "NAME CHANGE" ticket. - Send an email with the transfer details to zoukworldbcn@gmail.com. Thank you.
Schedule Changes
We occasionally update the schedule to make it even better and easier for you to attend. In addition, artist travel plans can change unexpectedly. So please note that the schedule is subject to change! Be sure to check for updates. We will share any changes across multiple channels, including event messaging groups and social media.
Image Rights
Photos and videos will be taken throughout the event. By attending, participants consent to being photographed and recorded, as well as to the publication of such images and footage.
Party-Only or Single-Day Passes
We cannot guarantee that party-only passes or single-day passes will be available.
